Raya Tahan
Ms. Tahan currently serves as the Editor of the Arizona State Bar's "Real Property Journal." She has been appointed as a Special Real Estate Commissioner by the Maricopa County Superior Court, and is also certified by Arizona's Department of Real Estate to teach |

courses in real estate legal issues to brokers and agents. She is a member of the American Bar Association's Sections on Business Law and Real Property Law, as well as the Arizona Bar Association's Sections on Business Law and Real Property Law. She is a member of the Executive Council of the Arizona State Bar's Real Property Section. She is also a former adjunct professor at Phoenix College, where she taught the Business Law course. She received her bachelor's degree, cum laude, in 1996 from the University of Arizona, where she was on the Dean's List of Academic Distinction and was a member of the Honors College. Ms.Tahan received her juris doctorate degree in 2003 from Arizona State University, where she was a Pedrick Scholar. Ms. Tahan externed in the chambers of the Honorable Stephen M. McNamee, who was the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court of Arizona.
